We, Kristin and Aaron, first started with the notion of helping individuals navigate the next chapter of their career, but quickly realized, where that was good and had an impact, it was on a small scale. We wanted to have the chance to have a greater impact on our community - to help make the world a better place for our two children.

Figuring out how to individually champion positive change was a daunting idea until we came to the realization that there were already so many organizations that had wonderful, life-changing missions but were struggling operationally. This is where we found our purpose, in helping organizations achieve their mission through tactical and strategic support. We are ready to put our decades of experience, our education, and our practice behind your mission.
